"It was as gloriously stupid as promised and they quoted each other lines from it excessively before they got old." I read it a couple of times before I realized that the referent of "they" switched from the siblings to the lines from the show. I was trying to parse the meaning based on the siblings getting old and was very lost.

No one measure is going to be able to capture all aspects of a person. This doesn't take into account Rick's lucrore levels. And when Rick made his foundation more efficient, this measure would drop instead of increase.
