With annual membership everything remains the same as a monthly membership, except that you're all paid up for 12-months and don't have to worry about recurring monthly charges. As a creator I receive the full revenue at the time of membership (minus the discount and Patreon's normal cut), and card processing fees will be lower since the service is only running your card once and not 12 times through the year.
