GUIDE NEW VERSION

Personally I was thinking of "break" the guide in various files... who read this may wonder why that and for make it simple, I had the bad idea of put an index in the guide and for this reason every time I make a change in any section I have to check the pages and so change the index as well, for this reason from the next time I'll start to post a *.rar file that have inside a folder that contain the various parts in PDF format.
Every changed part will have in the name of the file "UPDATED" so that is possible see immediatelly what file had a change plus in the file itself I'll add in the first page what kind of change I made so that who read don't have to go check the differences and understand without too much problems the differences.
