2022-05-30 20:44:51 +0000 UTCLol yeah I hear you. If you watch back, Rocklee explained that it doesnt matter what the sharingan sees if Sasuke isnt fast enough to keep up. Like you can watch tape on Tyson all day, but what good does it do if you arnt at a similar skill level. For the second ability the hypnotic eye, it has to be learned first. Only the first ability, the piercing eye, is always active when using the sharingan.
