Exactly. It’s not the rasengan that’s weak, it’s the user. Naruto’s utilization of it needs to be improved.

2023-01-07 20:06:45 +0000 UTCOne of my issues is that they established in Part 1 that the Rasengan is inherently a stronger jutsu than the Chidori but just like the shadow clones, Naruto doesn’t use it to its fullest potential and his frugality with it diminishes how powerful it actually is. This will change hopefully.
