AU where Hawks is a Villain and Jiyuu's a Hero [there's two Hero AU's - one where both of em' are heroes and besties still]
This AU Hawks grew up to be bitter and mischievous and is the FIRST villain to ever escape Tartarus when the hero that sent him there was Jiyuu herself and he was bound to get things even with her [in this scene he's just pretending to be detained and break out later on during his transit to Tartarus and decides to work for Kai]
