An alien (be any design) with some (Un)fortunate recently regressed babies, maybe have a hypno device inspired off one of those moister alarms for diapers that attach to the front of diaper. Have this drooling hypnobab contrasted by another regressed but not hypnotized bab realizing they just had the same device placed on their diaper and they only a few moments of adulthood left before the chip activates.

How about something like an adult character with swirly eyes (in a cute, padded costume, of course) holding out a bag saying "twick or tweat" with a big wide smile while a speech bubble pointing out of frame says "*giggle* See, I told you we could trick her!"
