Doing Her "Community Service"

... well turns out, the authorities DID in fact miss them. And now Scarlet has to do some less than savoury community service thanks to the wonderful magic of Perma-Fusion Tape™. Whoops!
At least she'll be free to go after 1,000 hours served. Er... technically free to go. The transformation is permanent so all she'll have to do is leave? Oh, look, she's staying of her own free will! She must really love it. Alright, we'll make her position indefinite~
