Regarding the Adjustment of Viewing Access

However, restricting viewing access to this tier would go against the existing rights of Basic Tier members, which presents an issue.
Therefore, this work will not have restricted viewing and will follow the existing access rights of each membership tier. Future works under this plan will follow the same approach. However, voting participation will remain exclusive to Standard Tier members.
