Sharing Some of My Thoughts

Thank you so much for all your feedback and comments regarding the previous announcement. This is the first time I’ve truly felt such direct engagement from you, and I deeply appreciate it. Whether the feedback is positive or critical, it is all valuable to me. I also sincerely welcome suggestions at any time — and I apologize for not having been more proactive in interacting with everyone.

After careful consideration, my conclusion for now is: I will continue creating works in my current art style. While this may not align with everyone’s preference, I’ve come to realize — through the feedback of many supporters — that the recent change was too abrupt and lacked enough discussion. That was my oversight, and I sincerely apologize.

As for why I originally wanted to change the art style — one reason (which some of you may already know) is that my current style is based on the older NovelAI model. Compared to newer models, it’s relatively limited in terms of the range of characters and poses it can produce, which makes it difficult to create certain new characters. (There might be solutions I’m unaware of, but they are likely beyond my current skill level.) Another reason was that this style isn’t particularly unique, and based on the drop in viewership and subscription trends that I observed, I assumed it had become outdated and needed to evolve. However, after hearing from many of you, I now realize that I may have misjudged this — I didn’t expect so many people to still appreciate this style. Now that I’ve decided not to change styles, I’ll focus on bringing more variety and creative ideas into the current look.

For any major future decisions, I will try to create opportunities for supporters to be more involved in the process, so we can build a more interactive space together.
