I think Nolan is saying the truth, as an adventurer having flings is more common for him, and like what is happening with Salvos rumors are only that rumors.

2021-09-11 13:18:01 +0000 UTCThanks for the chappie, I do love how Salvos Seems like someone who never put skill points into her diplomacy/persuasion skill, then manages to roll 20 when it matters. Of course I guess in game terms she really has not had cause/chance to learn these social things before, not the way humans do and like.. Yeah, she's five years old, only a couple of those years being in the human realm to boot. Considering that I'd say she's quite the savant.

It gives the impression that Salvos maybe isn't quite ready for romantic love, and successfully conveys that to Nolan as well (given he seems to grasp her naivete). Which might mean he still has some hope if he keeps hanging around Salvos long enough as a friend. I like the impression Salvos gives, and I think Nolan's characterization is also pretty impressive here.
