You've been hit with a whole series of really stressful things - death, moving, a whole bunch of lifestyle upheaval, and a thousand things you now need to get sorted - so it's totally understandable you're struggling. But that means you need ways to try to reduce your underlying stress, or a diet simply might not be enough to help you. I totally get that 'reducing stress' is easier said than done. Maybe commit to shorter chapters for your readers for a while, so you feel you're still providing content but can maybe get ahead of your posting schedule? Maybe lay out some of what you need to achieve to set yourself up in your new home etc... and break it down into small enough steps you can start ticking things off and feel like you're accomplishing some of them? I don't know what'll help you, everyone is different, but please please find some ways to reduce the pressure you're feeling.
