After a while i finally have it done.
This skill was requested by my bud OMEGA, it's as simple as it gets although it wasn't as simple to make, just shoot it and obliterate the enemy with it (can't be blocked).
Hope you all enjoy it! It was pretty rough to make, oh and also i fixed Ultimate breaker, it shouldn't miss anymore (i hope)

Fixed ki cost on Ultimate breaker.

2021-05-23 23:52:27 +0000 UTCAs per usually amazing work though I just want to point out that Ultimate Breaker doesn't have a "Ki Cost" but it does have a "Ki Required". I fixed this for myself but just a FYI.
