I normally don’t consume a lot of slice of life, but when I do I’m normally sick and can’t stand flashing lights of action scenes and am too tired to get spooked by eldritch horros. But this chapter encapsulates for me, why I always read Salvos. Even during action, it’s natural, casual, yet still cool. I don’t even really know why, because in truth I really dislike reading slice of life. It always seems so wasteful. But even when you are going through a lot of stuff, you still write chapters like this. I’m impressed and to be honest a little irritated that this works as well as it does, which it doesn’t always, but still often enough to make it into my timetable, which is not to humblebrag or some weird shite. I honestly am glad that this exists and keeps existing, even making it into a webnovel now. Keep it up. As casual a part of my life Salvos is, it is still something I carry around in my daily life and I keep remembering these stories I read, especially those like Salvos, which I started reading when it had like 14 chapters. Seeing these stories flourish, while my life goes on is one of the bigger reasons while I still read on sites like Royalroad. As a DM it is great to see others bring their stories to life this way, telling it in a way thousands, if not millions will consume and they start making a living of it. And for some reason i just rambled like 15 minutes on my phone over here… Anyways. Have a great day. Or at least some reprieve. Keep it up, and keep loving what you do.

2022-10-07 11:37:34 +0000 UTC@CptTardigrade regular skills of Sal and Demon King seem more powerful than almost all Grand Skills of the Elites and Demon Dukes. GS really need to improve else they wouldn't be that grand for higher levels.
