2023-12-20 09:21:48 +0000 UTCIt should reduce CD and empower the skill, but not reset it. Only maxing out the GS and evolution / class advancement resets the CDs. Edit: the rule felt random but with lvl 200 evolution requiring all GSs fully upgraded there's apparently some deeper meaning to it.

2023-12-20 08:38:20 +0000 UTCThe question was excellent psychological warfare; now his head is no longer in the fight. Probably has lots of frustrations to relive and bad decisions to rationalise. Also, he's neither very smart nor perceptive; he's dismissively talking to someone who just alerted him by using space magic so casually she wasn't even properly aware of it, and also teleported two deathsquadders to a location where he can no longer sense their collars. That's serious stuff, and for all he knows the next clap makes him visit the great void.

Funny that she was so efficient in killing Deathsquadders that not a single word of her power reached Reggie's domain, so she doesn't have to chase them in order to kill them, they are ignorant enough to come to her. :)
