So far, it is quite likely that Melissa, Ivonne, and the Watcher, are all the same person. I think she simply just resets her secondary or tretary class once in a while to try a new trade cause she's bored. She was a witch, then leader of adventurers, and now a trader.

This is because the universe knows what things are worth better than people do and there's something about the relics of Alexander that make them a poison pill for heroes, after all he was called "The Immortal King" but he's dead now. We've already had demons claim the relics were actually made by Regnorex.

I’m not sure she got it for him with the context of the war, I think she was planning on retrieving all the relics afterwards
