That frees you from the pressure of making it perfect right away while getting the idea out of your head. Good chapter and Salvos, if you want to become the strongest being the mortal world isn't the place to do it. Killing the demon king first is the best idea.

2023-06-01 05:43:53 +0000 UTCI don’t know where you are in the Salvos story (book wise). (imo) Best to finish the book, then switch up. Do as Rd Zg said until then. Take copious notes, beats, chapters, etc and save them up as you go.

2023-06-01 05:38:22 +0000 UTCI also wonder if the last few chapters might have been extra hard to write because of their emotional importance. The Salvos-Haec reunion has been awaited for so long. It totally makes sense to work on some other stories that you are more excited by right now (or compromise and write some lighthearted Salvos interlude chapters from other POVs that wouldn't get scrutinized as much).

2023-06-01 05:33:58 +0000 UTCSometimes you should break the routine. Very helpful to do, and should be done at least once year. Honestly no idea how you manage to write Salvos and Amelia 5 chapters each a week. Writing something else for a bit is a kind of break from routine.
