2023-06-29 22:44:31 +0000 UTCI wouldn't say it was expected while the demon king knew Salvo is a lesser god that's all he knew he never cared to check her combat capabilities. All he knew was that she was in the neither world and the odds of her finding Heac was miniscule so the original death squad would have been more than enough to take down Heac. Also the demon king probably can't leave his domain unless he wants to get killed by the beast.

He should've warned his hunters that she may be a lesser god so summon me to the battle field if you see her or are there really no mental communications. The king knew Haec was friends with Salvos based on how he was watching so this whole thing should have been expected.

I was wondering why he was underestimating Salvos this much, but it turns out that she was only showing him that she was a Hellprincess and so he didn't know until now that she was a Lesser God. I didn't expect that since she didn't hide being a Lesser God when she was with Haec and co. before Venas arrived.

Also, waiting for the other shoe to drop and for [Sacred Hellfire] to job /again/ and not kill single one of Salvos' enemies. All in all, that was an enjoyable read watching Salvos sandbag in the hopes of a better fight.
