Added 2024-04-23 00:42:52 +0000 UTCI know this is starting to sound pretty repetitive, but again, I'm sorry for the lack of uploads. I've been very busy handling the Salvos comic, the Salvos Kickstarter, and the Amelia comic. But I'll try to increase my schedule by the end of the week.
Anyway, in terms of updates...
For starters, here's an update on the Salvos Kickstarter: I have been signing copies for the Salvos Kickstarter, and let me tell you, I have a LOT to do. The left is what I've done so far, and the stacks on the right... yeah. That has eaten up a lot of my time.
As for the Salvos comic, we're beginning production of Season 2, and let me tell you, we're making a handful of changes to Book 2, so unlike Book 1, it will not be a 1-to-1 adaptation. But trust me, these changes all make for a better story, in my opinion. They are things I wanted to change since all the way back in 2021, but couldn't.
And here's a nice WIP of Salvos's demon forms and human forms as from Season 2 to give a sneak preview of Season 2, with a brand new studio, while being in collaboration with Tapas for production.
Lastly, here's an update on the Amelia comic:
It's going great. Estimated launch in August.

I was wondering about something, in regards to visual representations of things from the books, namely the scythes. The illustrators depict them as the enormous lawn-mowing tool, and anyone familiar with HEMA will tell you that this kind of a scythe is completely useless as a weapon, because its shape and center of mass are suitable only for mowing grass; not to mention that the blade is super thin and fragile. When there's talk of a scythe as a weapon, what is usually meant by that is a "war scythe", of which kama is s great example (basically, the part of kusarigama without the chain), and I always visualise her fighting with a kama, not a farming implement. What is the official position on that?
