Not only Edithe, but all three of them. Poor Salvos, for all she knows she left them all in safety after she removed the big threat, and all the danger is on her side. All the while, all kinds of shit hit the fan at once and literally all her companions except Willy have been in constant danger since she left. It might be better that she doesn't know, because she'd have a fit.

2024-05-05 13:13:38 +0000 UTCSince salvos has already taken her first steps into godhood, I can see Sally possibly leading to a new skill or maybe an upgrade to an ability to create avatars rather than just apparitions of herself. She could have a living, breathing, although weaker version of herself in multiple places and still be able to interact through them.

This is exactly the immersive experience I remember! ...although I missed Salvos. ;) And I absolutely cannot wait to see what happens when Salvos and Sally meet next. I hope Sally will reconnect with Salvos and upgrade her [Salvo of Vanitas] by incorporating a bit of [Riftwalk] to keep connections across planes. All the alternatives I can think of feel like they run against Salvos' character.

2024-05-04 11:35:57 +0000 UTCLol, Salvos is gonna be a bit miffed. Here she was going to the Netherworld to get Haec and when she inevitably gets back to the mortal realm she'll find out /two/ of her companions are marooned in the Spirit Realm. It's like herding a bunch of cats smh smh.
