Thanks for your continued support
Added 2020-08-30 17:27:30 +0000 UTCI'd like to start by apologizing how I don't communicate more often over Patreon with you all. I know there's tiers to my support and I was going to try to offer more to higher donating tiers but things are just too difficult at the moment for that -- so, you guys are basically paying to keeping me going with Akagi^2 which (correct me if I'm wrong) was your entire intention in the first place. It is a very humbling thing to produce something that so many people enjoy so much that they are willing to fund it.
If you've been keeping up with the comic you will have noticed we're on another story arc. I have another one ready to go right after, provided nothing crazy happens in Azur Lane's official storyline. You'll have noticed a little while back that I reacted quickly (after some hesitation, to be honest) to incorporate Little Renown and Little Illustrious into the storyline. They weren't originally part of it (because how could I have known?) but I think I adapted them in pretty well and as you will soon see, they greased the gears a bit in getting the current storyline going.
This has been a terrible year for just about everyone, and the start of it was a disaster for me. I pretty much hit rock bottom in February and then was hit with a diagnosis of skin cancer which was, thanks to the VA, swiftly dealt with and I'm fully recovered (we caught it at the early stages. I now have a large scar down my back for it.) Anyway, I was just getting ready to make my car payment and if it wasn't you you guys, I wouldn't have been able to cover it this month. So I just want to say thanks again for your support.
I'm currently working on returning to the software engineering industry, as well as working on Akagi^2 whenever possible. If any of you need to get a hold of me, just message me and I should receive notification of it.
The end of summer really is the saddest time of the year, isn't it? I guess maybe not in Hawaii.
