A little news about the process.

Hi! A quick update.

Work is in full swing, the update is in progress. I won’t mention any release dates to avoid getting it wrong, but in general, it should be pretty soon. The update won’t be too big, but I think it’s turning out much more content-rich than the previous one, just as I promised.

Additionally, the Point and Click mechanism is ready, and a couple of secret renders or animations might be available in this update. If that happens, they’ll be part of the new content in the update, but they’ll be added to the entire game by release. So, if you want to unlock them all, you'll have to replay the entire game or find a guide on where and how to acquire all the hidden bonus material. If anyone chooses to do that. I personally won’t be creating such a guide! :)

We’ve also started figuring out the Steam achievement mechanics, but that will definitely come at release — we won’t add it earlier.

In the next few days, I will also create a timelapse of the animation creation process and post it on Patreon, possibly in Steam’s gallery too. I think it could be interesting to watch. Likely at 10x speed! :) Because, for example, today I managed to complete just ONE freakin' animation … ONE, CARL!! Instead of the 60 renders per day that I aim for as my work norm (spoiler: I almost never manage to meet that goal).

And it's all because making animations in Daz3D is pure hell :) When copying keyframes, you often run into situations where Daz just freezes, and woe to you if you haven’t saved your progress. Today, I got caught in this trap three times... The first time, I lost two hours of work and an almost-finished animation. I lost it, quit for a couple of hours to calm down. Then, I lost progress in parts a couple more times...

That’s how it goes. Oh, and by the way, this update will also include four new languages:

Turkish, Arabic, Polish, and Thai. Translations will also be done via AI.

Yes, I understand the quality suffers, but it’s better than nothing. As I’ve mentioned before, I hope we can clean that up post-release with the help of some enthusiastic contributors, at least for some of the languages.

A little news about the process.
