Ship WIP and other thoughts...

It's been a busy week again, both for the KS models and the ship building! I've finalised the form and details for the ship. I'm about to pass this onto the next stage where I will be adding wood grain texture and then onto zbrush for further weathering.
I have been thinking a lot about the ropes and pulleys, and ran a test print with the crows nest. It turned out ok but there were issue when the extruder when it got higher up the rope. without support it was moving the top of the rope a lot. I think I may need to have it printed separately and flat on the plate.
Anyhoo, I am hopeful that this model will be ready to be shipped (pun super-intended!) at the start of next month! So I would like to open up suggestion for next month's modelling project, and I will be carrying over some of the good suggestions from this month.
