News about Season 3 of my light-novel

2025 is just a few months left to end, so it's time to give you some news about the upcoming season 3 (and one about the previous ones):

1. Ok, the first one is for season 1 and 2. You see, some people had been asking me why, if my story is based on Colombian Mythology, I'm writing it in english. I said that it was because I wanted more people to understand it, but they totally have a point, and, truth be told, I DID wrote it in spanish and uploaded the first season in both english and spanish in Wattpad (Yes, I use Wattpad too). However, I notice that, despite I already have a damn small number of readers there, I barely had any in spanish, so I saw as a waste of time writting in both languages, so I kept in just in english. However, some spanish-speaker watchers in DA have told me that they are interested in reading the story, but they don't speak english. With that in mind, I decided to upolad once again season 1 and 2 in spanish too, and just in Deviantart since that is the only site where I have both english and non-english speakers followers. And, from now on, I'll continue uploading each chapter in both languages. So, hablantes en español, atentos porque lo que reste de 2025, estaré subiendo ambas temporadas nuevamente.

2. Now, about the changes that I did for season 3:

• The first big change in the narration (that I started adding during the last chapters of season 2, actually) is that I'll completely stop using first-person narration. I'll keep it in 3rd person 'cause is simpler to understand. I already use tons of dialogues in the story so the 1st person narration was kinda confusing, to be honest.

• As you noticed (If you read it ) , season 2 was heavily based on horror stories (especially, in Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow). However, season 3 will be more inspired in shonen mangas, "Demon Slayer" and "Bleach", to be more precisely. Heck, I'm not even trying to pretend it, the main focus will be the "Demon Hunter corps" (dind't break my head thinking in an original name ). So, if you liked previous season for the darker tone, don't expect it here. It will be classic shonen story 101.

• Also, despite being inspired in shonen mangas, this season will be very light-hearted, let's say it will be like last season of "Demon Slayer" which was more focused on training and light stories rather than full action until the very end of it. So I hope you enjoy slow-pased story telling.

• The illustrations will be, once again in black and white.

• Last season was 13 chapters long. This one will be a little longer (still, I have no idea how many) and, once again, I'll be uploading them weekly.

• This, although I call it "Season 3", this is actually volume 2 of my story, so, despite being a full sequel, I'll start counting each chapter right from chapter 1.

• Volume 2 will no longer be called "The Redemption of Chía" and this is because this volume, I want to focus on the human characters this time, so Ofelia and the Demon Hunters will be the main protagonists, so volume 2 will be named "The Path of Ofelia" (Don't worry, the overall story will be still about Chía's redemption, but, this time, the humans are the ones I want to focus on.

• Season 3 will start somewhere between late March/early April. The main reason for the delay is because... well, I'm still having a depression episode so my mood has my mind quite blocked. Still, I'm giving my best to write a good story (I already have 5 chapters finished).

So yeah, that's all.
