I would actually ignore the Merry Christmas = 72 part and just say Dec 25 is the 359th day of year which is the 72nd prime number. But the game was played on 24th so you start to get into a very unique "gray area" with time zones and such that I personally don't care to read into.

I can see the 21st bowl loss on 21 date numerology though because their coach became 2-1 in bowls as a coach 76 days from bday as they fall to 7-6 so there is a real pattern there with game numbers and date numerology. I have Hawaii becoming 7-8 all time in bowl games. They came into this game 6-8 all time

If you saw the Hawaii's game winning drive, it was obviously fake and scripted. The Rainbow Warriors went 71 yds in 44 seconds (to score the 71rst total point of the game before the Extra Point), after being dominated by the BYU defense for the majority of the 2nd half, and facing many 3-and-outs.

Lastly, Hawaii's bowl record improved to 7-6 as BYU fell to 7-6 on the season. I thought this sync was pretty important.

BYU can stay on 7 wins on 12/24, the day leaving 7 days in the year, and then pick up their 6th loss, heading into the early hours of 12/25, the day leaving 6 days in the year. Also, the game comes on the 76th day of the BYU coach's age, and BYU can fall to 7-6. (Every time I've seen an opportunity like this, it hits) The BYU coach can get his 25th loss, heading into the 25th of the month on the Gregorian. Also, Christmas Eve=142. Hawaii Rainbow Warriors=142.
