I mean the pitcher issues signals codes with eyes face gestures ect and these are not for the catcher I'm sure of it. They tell the batter who is on 2 strikes not to swing through eye signals cause they are gonna throw balls for free base lol.. shit is wild

I'm just trying to observe kbo is like mega scripted I watched a pitcher throw like 14 balls back to back in giants upset game.
