Kylin, like I have said been sick the last few weeks. I like to watch your almost lives because it is a stress relief from the problems I am going through. Your almost lives could be about anything but they always bring joy to me.

Excellent wisdom and advice. I'm a graduate of the old EST training. A positive energy your mind is able to harness whenever in need. I took it while living in Hawaii. The motivational books are still available by Werner Erhard. Today I suggest friends & family to download the app called Aura. It has daily motivational meditation with different guest speakers. I love listening to the calm sounds and short 3-7 minute relaxation meditation messages for sleep or daily activities so you can focus on any task on hand. Try it, it is for everyone to experience self relaxation in this messed up world. Thanks to Kylin, she brings out the best in everyone. 💞👍💙

Your words on Instagram and here are still helping people which is one of your gifts! I know if you were ever interested you could be a wonderful motivational speaker or maybe a TED talk! I just recently saw a TikTok about the importance of gratitude and how changing your mindset from I gotta to I get to can help turn your life around. Gary Vee has also been preaching about the importance of gratitude and a more positive mindset so you are in good company. I'm not gonna lie, I've been pretty stressed lately. Things are getting worse rather than better lately. But, all I have to do to make myself feel better is play my Kylin Playlist on my phone, and the voice of an angel soothes away the stress. Numbah, In Between, Malibu, When I Was Your Man, and On My Own, all sung in the voice I love so much, they make me feel happy. And when I get to see your pictures, or, better yet, your videos, I can't help but be happy. Those beautiful eyes, and that gorgeous smile, all in that angelic face, along with the most beautiful hair I've ever seen, just make everything better. And seeing how happy and excited you get when you're shopping, or playing with the kittens, or having water fights with your mom, makes me so happy. Hey there my amazing best friend ❤️😘 so last night after the live I went out with my roommate and her friends. We had 🍕 and went to a party. The party was ok I don’t really open up in that type of environment. We got back pretty late and I slept in til almost noon. Today I went to Starbucks and just kind of chilled.
