Hey Gabriel welcome! To get notifications turned on you have to go to settings and click on notifications, under creators there should have kylins name click on it and turn it on. The pop up lives are diff since it is a random pop up but there are 2 lives a month one for diamond members only and one were there are diamond and platinum members. Hope this helps
