err.. read latest chapter.. Did happen. And seeing how Johannes is still affected by it I think Luther would be tactful enough for his friend. Not to mention and bring it up. Bringing it up can cause two things. Johannes would remember the grief and pain, and others seeing him as a single man might offer companionship which would hurt Johannes more. Johannes is still deeply in love with the memory of his wife and it would take a very special reason for him to not be faithful.

2014-10-15 06:33:21 +0000 UTCYes but, you wondered if she had died during child birth, (which could have happened) if Delilah knew anything about the death she would have told Luther. Luther's comment about Johannes wife and cubs means Johannes hasn't told Luther yet.

2014-10-15 02:01:05 +0000 UTCIf that were true, Luther would have known about johannes wife's passing and wouldn't have told shivah in the context of his wife still being alive. Luther would have instead mentioned Johannes being a father of nine as incentive to watch the back of his friend.

Did she die in childbirth I wonder, and if so would Delilah be helping with his children. Still great chapter and looking forward to seeing if they get back safely. Also seeing the plot inch closer to Luther becoming the Despoiler. Many thanks for sharing Marc
