I am posting this here just so all you wondrous peoples get a crack at it first, if any of you are interested.  I offered this for Legacy too, but I'll explain again, since a few things will be done differently this time.

I am offering a Cameo spot in the most recent Red Lantern novel I'm working on, 'Kindred'.  This means your character will appear in the book, both in writing form, and in an illustration.  It's an art commission too, folks!  Here's what's on offer -

- A Speaking Part in 'Kindred', in the city of 'Arbordale', a multi-national port city in the country of 'Carvecia'.  This means any species that could potentially appear in the Red Lantern world is a valid option.  Character must be Mammalian, must be Omnivorous or Carnivorous.  Character may need to fit into one of the cultures in Red Lantern as well, but I'm open to suggestions on that.

- There are two potential cameo spots.  One is as a bouncer/guard at an establishment, sort of a hidden club/inn for queer people within the city, the other would be as a Privateer serving in Grayson Reed's fleet.  Both roles as stated have speaking parts, and an action scene in which your character would interact with the main cast.  I will consult with you as to what kind of dialogue would fit your character (are they serious, snarky, etc.).

- This Cameo comes with a FULL COLOR Commission, either a solo piece or, if we've discussed it and you like the scene, a piece involving your character interacting with members of the cast.  This piece will likely be General in nature, (no threesomes with Tuli/Finn, sorry :P ).  This Commission must obviously fit into the scene, you will have a lot of say over how your own character appears, but the situation will be from the story itself.  I have included a few examples of illustrations I've done for this book already, for reference, included in the Attachments of this post.

- This Cameo spot is $1500 USD.  That is not negotiable, a sizable amount of work will go into integrating your character into my novel, and the art piece itself will likely take 40+ hours.  Payment must be upfront.

- You will also receive a prominent thank you in the dedication section of the book, to whichever name you prefer.

- Everything for this Cameo, your character, your character details, the name you want in the book, MUST be approved at the start.  I will not accept payment until we've gone over everything in detail and agreed.  I reserve the right to reject ideas either because they do not fit the setting, I can't figure out a way to integrate them into the story, or whatever reason I deem fit, really.  Please don't approach me with bad-faith offers.  I'm assuming no one here will, but. . . still.  Gotta say it.
