I want to address an issue that has been brought up on the community board by Katy. I have deleted her community posts/photos because the examples of photos she has posted and the poses she has suggested Kylin do are sexually charged. Katy has been complaining on the community board about the perceived lower resolution of some of the recent photos which I will address below.

Whatever soooo I'll rename it "pixel peppering" 🌶 !! there you heard here first folks and those whom identify as 😇🤡😻😼🙊🙉🙋🧏‍♀️🙎‍♀️💁‍♂️👨‍🍳🧑‍🔧👩‍🔧👩‍🍳 😎when it comes to Kylins work I usually open the app every Friday and catch up. Its literally the best way to start my weekend. So if you post DLSR super fragilistic extra super doshious shots all day , then great. Orrrr. Order--....if they they are iPhone or Iphoney off brand shots it won't matter to me. I'll be here always supporting and learning new things about pixel peppering 🌶 . Hahah 😛🤪🙃🙃🙃 Haha in truth who has time to zoom? 🔳 I think this is all you would see if you zoom too much. I don't see the point in looking at squares on a screen I mean I'm square enough in a mirror so why look at squares on a phone screen? 🤠🙊🙀🖖 As a professional photographer-Viewer I enjoy all your random shots, you fun shots, goofy shots( I love the goofy most), pro shots etc and so on and so on. Dorks like me are your fans and we accept you as you are when you where ever yobeing. At all times every time ⏲ 💯 I wish for 2 things always as I scroll More #thepose shots and what you cook and lastly what you bought to eat. Wait that's 3 things. ..and a fourth I enjoyed that day you went to a pest store shopping. It was fun to watch you discover pet toys and pet bling bling. I laugh and even cringe when you cook. 🤣 Why?? Cause I wanna push you aside and fry up those eggs and add some flavors. I'm a kitchen bully you see! I would've never even known there was a change or difference in resolution. I always thought the pics look great and high quality.

As a graphic artist, custom print shop worker, Resolution is required for large size blown up images not regular photos. If your general resolution is 1920 x1920 that is high quality and very good for phone or web based imagery. Now say if Kylin was on a printed window cling or billboard then resolution would need to be much higher to keep the pixelization to a minimum due to the large size of the image. I find nothing wrong with any of your images posted anywhere. Thank you for taking the time to explain your quality standards and post quality.

The effort is only displayed here at KalaniVille. Jane cares and it shows. I know nothing about digital photos. In the 90s i owned a pure traditional 35 mm Minolta i bought at a garage sale. It was so great turning to that camera. This was in the days of Kodaks disposable cameras, remember you had to wind them . At some point it was impossible to find Iso 100 speed film, because no one developed it anymore Now Kylin I want you to know you that I will support you financially regardless of how you present yourself. Product endorsements, shoe sales 😁, whatever it takes . Charge $200 a month. Dont care i am in until you retire from modeling, or I kick the bucket.

I read the post, and had an instant urge to bang my head on my desk. I’m a photographer. Yes, I earn my living in the wacky world of commercial photography. Supporting other artists is something I consider an obligation. (It might be because my stylist knows where to hide my body if I don’t play nice) While high resolution and low noise are baseline standards for commercial work, I can’t think of a good reason why anyone needs to see individual eyelashes in Kylin’s photos. People can either support and cheer for a 16 year old aspiring model, or they can get out of the way. Neither option requires delivery of commercially viable photos via Patreon. A standard billboard viewed from 50ft away is typically printed around 11 dpi. Posters are in the 100-120 dpi range. While the photos are captured at a much higher resolution, the final output (billboard, poster, magazine page, screen image, etc) is determined by the average viewing distance. Printing or displaying images at a resolution higher than what is needed just burns through resources and time. *rant complete*

I've never had an issue with the resolution of any of the photos you've posted on here. I view them on the Patreon app on my phone and they've always looked great. I appreciate your explanation on the technical aspects of why one photo may be at a slightly lower resolution than another but that's hardly noticeable to me. Keep up the good work both of you! 😊

At the end of the day to me it's about respect and complaining that you can't zoom in close enough to count Kylin's pores isn't showing respect. Unrelated, honestly, I'm broke so until I start getting paid for my work again this will be my last month. I hope to return to support Kylin again soon. The lives, almost lives and so on have given me something to smile about in hard times.

The pics posted here are always Amazing always tasteful always high quality! How can anyone complain 🤷‍♀️ l love all the content. I love both of you. I have 2k 27inch monitors so highest resolution images always are my preference. All the photos I’ve always chosen have been perfectly high res for me😇

You learn something new everyday, till today I hadn’t heard of the concept “pixel peeping”. Anyways, I’m not a professional photographer so I can’t speak much of the subject but I think all the pictures here are incredible and I appreciate all the work you put into them Jane. xoxo ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh man preaching to the choir! And I'm only a (very) amateur hobby photographer (often pointed at the stars rather than people) Fair to say "Katy" couldn't have been more obvious that their concern for image resolution was far from unquestionable. I lost it at "why don't you transfer files from your DSLR to your phone" 😂 Really?!? Never mind the massive pain of shifting files across devices with cables/adapters/prayers to the tech gods, let alone files that even as JPG's can be as large as 15mb each. You can forget about Bluetooth as well, you'd be home before those transfers are complete. Secondly, if you're shooting on a DSLR you will want the proper environment to review the shoot, select the shots you want to use, correct the colour and lighting, and perform any possible edits and touch ups. Why else would you go to the effort of shooting with proper equipment? I view Patreon on both my phone with the app and on my desktop with a 24" dell monitor, and the quality of the photography has always been faultless. It obvious to me that when you use your phone it's either for some BTS or slice of life snaps, or as a teaser for what's to come. Anyway, suspicious intent aside, resolution is not the be all and end all of photography. Someone can have all the gear and no idea, and take garbage photos, and someone can take far superior photos on a point & shoot because they understand the fundamentals of composition and lighting. And there's no doubting your abilities because you've taken some amazing shots of Kylin (that one where she's looking over the road map, with the sun peeking over her shoulder and rays of light break into the foreground... I'll always remember that one) Anyway I've ranted enough 😅 Y'all do amazing work, often above and beyond, and it's immensely appreciated.

Katy not here for the right reasons, and HE, is not an art buff. HE is out to destroy Kylin's reputation. It is a sham . I know the difference between BB, a class act, and someone else, Katy, trying to demean women, young ladies. No woman, young or old, needs to explain their clothing. Men are not allowed to drool over these images, let alone under the false pretense of maximizing resolution. Jane nailed him, his intent is to zoom in, rip content. I want to share thoughts at the moment with a couple of other patrons. Compliment as needed, but not whistle (like a construction crew at a woman on a sidewalk). I have room for improvement, and apologize if I ever appear to be that way. I would trade all the photos, for just even an audio podcast of Kylin's day. I want her to succeed. Its a tough line for Jane to tow, that balance. Kylin is weathering these social media attacks, and with great fortitude, I might add. I pose it as how would I want my little sister treated.

I've been here for almost 3 years now, and I've never seen a bad picture of Kylin. Anyone who has taken a picture on his/her cellphone should now that the quality of a picture is not always the same as a DSLR camera. And anyone who zooms in on Kylin's private parts is here for the wrong reasons 🤬 The only thing I sometimes zoom in on is her beautiful smile and her beautiful eyes 🥰 Even after all this time I still don't get some people 🙄 There is no other page that provides THIS much content and so close to it's followers!! For some it's just never enough! Just keep up the good work Kylin and Jane!!!! Love you ladies 😘💖💖

Jane, I mentioned the image size in a previous post, in what I meant to be a llight hearted way, as the resolution etc does change sometimes from one post to another. However, thanks for the clarification of the reasons behind this. You guys are doing a great job with great style and imagination and the number of photos and videos is tremendous, which I'm sure everybody appreciates - and there's nothing wrong with getting a bit spiky sometimes and keeping everyone in line - this account is 'so good'.
