Hello Diamond! Today Kylin was sent a DM on Instagram that Kyljn read to me by a Diamond member that has been known to complain about everything we do and don’t do.

Some folks are never happy and will always find something to complain about…

First off, the $45.00 level on patreon2 costs me$45.00, not $40. There are 2 Tiers on Kylin Kalani (go to my main Patreon account) https://imgur.com/a/gWcilHmp (hidden) As to what Dave wrote it reminded me of how I regrouped my thoughts the day after( thursday thoughts). So I reread what Jane wrote, her only question to us was to compare the satisfaction level of the incremental bonus on Pat2 vs the diamond level on 1. However the tone of her note i believe was for the crowd to rally around Team Kylin and have a give and take compliment exchange as we did last month against 1] Mr Pixel( I can't get no....Resolution), 2] on December 23rd, versus (I did not receive a normally scheduled Almost Live("I'm going to whine again on Feb 16th")), preceded 3] in October by Kylin pointing out to us that a handful of Instagram-ers were mocking her. ( yes I too was sickened and rose to defend) Lastly a near dozen members never heard of Pat2, and some give snd take occurred on thst topic. I won't comment on the satisfaction levels of the 2 subscriptions because there are a multitude of other reasons why folks hit the submit button on the extra $45, via adding pat 2. So I chose not to answer the question, and instead yesterday I mocked the guy, via the 80's hair band song Here I Go Again. because he just keeps on going like the EverReady Rabbit. But then I heeped tons of compliments to Kylin in another post but that got deleted because I attacked the guy by name . So here I am, to praise some more that I gladly do, by the hour, 6 days a week, and acknowledge that above and beyond is truly the theme song here. THANK YOU. OR......................... Kylin thanked members for their well written thoughts, I slept like s baby, and a lot of closet members came out of the dark to speak their minds, and some others now know, when the time is right, and under no pressure, there is a 2nd subscription level. A positive give and take, very heartwarming to me. logic needs written that matches what DoorMat wrote yesterday. There is real life business going on here, and some members quantify their satisfaction level to what that entertainment costs them. See photographers posts last month in the Mr. Pixel. thread. I'm not in that X's and O's club, but my upbringing and education taught me to be frugal with 🍞 No, I'm here for the emotional high, to myself, Kylin and Jane, other daily posters. And so be it, there is a real benefit to us as members to give toward her financial stability (barely but it helps. rent in LA $$$$$ ) Photosets, vids, and almost lives are a magical ride on a flying bed of hearts and other emojis, but that Wow factor never dies , daily, and then daily again, I'm overwhelmed with Kylin's god sent beauty, and at least once a month , I am acknowledged vocally Youtube style, by a future rockstar in the fashion and entertainment industry.......... .. Touched by an angel.... Its priceless.

Alright, so… I never get involved in these things, but this is the second time in a couple weeks that there’s been a complaint about patrons on Patreon, and, well… I guess I’m ready to chime in. I didn’t read everyone else’s comments, so if I repeat their opinions, apologies. It’s your art. YOURS. Patreon is a place where people are asked to pay for special access to your art. It’s beyond wonderful that you are as welcoming and collaborative with your patrons as you are, but it’s not their art. It’s yours. This entitled sensibility that fans carry around now sickens me. I am a patron due to the aforementioned early access, and you guys go above and beyond. I am literally only here for the photo shoots (I rarely take time for the videos, and will likely never join a live because I’m not really here for that; If anything, there’s too much content for me in Diamond but I love what I get, so you’ll not hear me complain.) If I have one criticism, it’s this: you open these discussions about patrons who don’t have your art’s interests at heart in joining, so F ‘em. Really, just ignore the complainers who complain about dumb stuff. You don’t need this thread. You just need to tell Complainy McGrumpyPants to take his money elsewhere. (If this guy were donating enough to pay a mortgage, maybe the math works out differently, but I assume he’s not, so… tell him to take a hike. If you won’t, let us know who he is, and we’ll tell him. ;)

Everything you do for us is amazing on Diamond and P2. One sad sad person should be ignored on every platform and personally I would ban them. Please don't worry about them. Carry on and be happy to have 99.99% of people supporting you ❤❤❤❤❤. The pjotos were a bonus and we appreciate you very much.

Don't listen to this person, there will always be people like that. Ignore and go on. I am a Diamond and P2 member for the longest time. I have never seen better quality, quantity anywhere else. I am always impressed at the amount of work you both Jane and Kylin put into this. Dont let one unreasonable person ruin your day. You are amazing and most of us are very happy with all the work and content!!

I don't understand how some people can't stop complaining about everything you ladies do. The post clearly stated that the pics were gonna be taken on the iPhone!. Having your own opinion, and saying it is free. It's the way you say it that's important. I hope this person (we all know who) is finally getting blocked now. He is no longer worthy to be one of Kylin’s Patrons!! ergh, I could say a lot but I'll try to keep it brief. These platforms aren't a collaborative effort; you pay to access content, if you don't enjoy the content, you stop paying and you leave. Your money doesn't entitle you to make requests or demands. If they want your input, they'll ask for it. Why someone would continue to stay subscribed to only complain is beyond me. That they are now harassing you on an entirely other platform is crossing a line. I have no sympathy for them. Especially when they're complaining about something that was clearly stated. I wouldn’t worry too much about it Jane/Kylin. 99 percent of your followers here wether they be in Patreon 1 or 2 love the amount of content and quality of it. There is no way you will get 100 percent support on things because we are all human. Don’t let the comments of one, or a few unsatisfied Patrons bring you guys down, it is literally impossible to have everyone support everything you do for us on here. If you have 99 percent of us loving the content, then don’t change, seriously don’t. I have said over and over again that this is the best Patreon in existence. The price for diamond vs the amount of content you put out (P2 as well for that matter), is no comparison to anyone else out there. You two bend over backwards on top of living two lives in one between Napa and LA to make content for us. You do almost lives, lives, pop ups, polls, bikini/workout/fashion clothing photo sets WEEKLY just to make sure that we are happy; I can’t reiterate how many times when I say that I and other Patrons feel spoiled with how much attention and love you show us. And at the end of the day, everything here on Patreon is for the furtherance of Kylin’s goals/career so to make it about one Patron not happy about the quality of some photo sets is a little selfish. Keep on doing you Kylin and Jane❤️

Seriously, the second they try to do something extra on a relaxation day, someone has to hate on them. The crazy part is the this set was WAY more than I thought we were going to get, super cute and fun, and genuinely good quality!

I think the quality it perfectly fine. Shooting with a phone is not always going to be the best but it's definitely nothing to complain about and he pictures turn out great. P2 is awesome. It fills inn the gaps between sets and it's a different style in my opinion. Definitely worth it.

Patreon 2 is cheaper, but just 4 sets a month, and there are not anywhere near as many posts about Kylin’s life and goings on.

Patreon 2 is no comparison to diamond 💎 diamond Tuesday’s are always the best and highest quality pics. Diamond gets a full live every month and sometimes comment reads. Being a diamond member I feel that you and kylin go way above to make sure we get the best content. The vote stated off the iPhone and ootd not a bikini but an outfit. Kylins workout outfit was so adorable. It makes me so angry that the worst complaints you get are on your days off. You do not deserve that when you are giving us a bonus because you felt bad on how busy you were dealing with kylins amazing career. I love you kylin so much and we all should be here and super excited about how amazing you are doing and all the opportunities that you are getting. ❤️😘

P2 is similar content, but less of Kylin’s Life. There’s less content on P2 all total, but it should be easy to decide which to sub to. P2 if you just want support Kylin by buying sets only, or P1 if you want to get the full Kylin’s Life experience. Personally, I say good riddance to that member. If they can’t respect the insane and dedicated work Kylin does every single week, then they shouldn’t be here. You both are phenomenal, and you impress me every single day. Kylin, please don’t let this one sore sack put a bad taste in your mouth. You are beautiful, incredibly hard-working, a talented model, and as adorable as the day is long! Forget about him. He isn’t worth thinking about.

I personally think Patreon 2 should be exclusive to people who are already patrons here. Price-wise, the main page has more "value" if you call it that. P2 is just for extra support, mostly. As for this person, as I've said to you two several times (as well as to some of the people I help manage), do not worry about the outliers. Somebody will ALWAYS complain. Your core audience and fan base (or Patreon family in this case) are supporting you for who you are and what you do, NOT what THEY get out of it. If you try to cater to every complainer, you're only going to make yourself less happy in the long run. Ignore them, let them leave, and move on. They will not be missed financially in most cases, and their negativity will 100% not be missed by you or any of your supporters.
