New Characters!
Added 2022-03-25 04:47:06 +0000 UTCBrainstormed these two on tonight's stream, and they seem to be catching fire already. This was all for a enemies to lovers idea I've had brewing awhile. Isidor is a Templar (like Johannes Cuthbert, same organization), essentially a church knight and investigator, on the tail of a particularly skilled master thief who's been carving out a name for themselves stealing valuable artifacts and- of late- an important church relic.
Darcy sees themselves as more of a. . . reclamation specialist, restoring artifacts pilfered by the Amurescan Empire during their colonial exploits, and returning them to their rightful countries and families of origin. Y'know. For a price. But maybe sometimes just because.
That will be the setup, anyway. It's me, so eventually some kind of dark conspiracy will be unearthed, and the two MAY just have to work together to solve it. Bum bum bummmmm.

Very curious as what you have planned for this, for various reasons. Number 1 reason would be your setting is always intriguing to me, I want to learn more about it and how it works regardless of how much I delved into it before. Second reason is the characters, especially Darcy. I think you said they're nonbinary, or trans or gender-nonconforming in some way. And of course I'm going to be interested from the get go because of that!

Darcy will occasionally blacken their fur and can't resisttoying with Isi's tail (which irrritates the Akita greatly... because the curly tail is a source of embarrassment to him).
