Added 2020-08-27 12:56:58 +0000 UTCSo turns out that I really hurt my foot doing the exercise video. I can hardly walk when applying full pressure onto the sole of my right foot! I’m literally tip toeing around so that it doesn’t hurt. The fuck. Haha 😆

Yeah. I’ve seen a doctor. I’ve got plantar fasciitis. I’m icing it multiple times a day, and resting.
