I ate so much today, seeing your support had me all excited. And had me eating 2 big meals during work today! Plus a big Dinner! We’re talking 7 burgers, 6 chips, 8 drinks and 6 custard pies!
I put all the kJ values into MyFitnessPal and it said I’d weigh 201.5kg if every day were like today. Ooooff. That made me even more excited. So I downed a chocolate milkshake and now I’m painfully full!
No pain = no gain 🤷♂️ right?
I’ll be posting my first weigh in video in the coming days. I want to do this at a time where I’m empty, so I can get some accurate results. I’ll be doing some measurements too, so we have two things to keep track of together. 😘
