Our drive back has not gone as smoothly as we had hoped…This is the SECOND accident we have been behind and currently we are still stuck after 2 hours on a two lane highway behind an accident, but we are fortunate that neither accident involved us…we thought we would have been home earlier today to post…so we will swap our day off with todays post on Wednesday. Kylin has been sleeping most of the day resting from being sick. She says she is feeling better now after sleeping most of the day.

for those that do not know what a hot toddy is, it is a glass of hot water with a shot of brandy. a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey mixed in. It is meant to make you sweat out a cold and fever and put you to sleep. There are some other variations to the recipe, but the one I listed is how my family makes them since I was a young boy.
