Game changer, and itβs SUPER simple! All you need is an acid like vinegar or lemon/lime juice, a fat like a vegetable oil or even BACON FAT, and either egg or fresh garlic as the emulsifier! Blend it all together, then season it with salt and whatever other seasonings you want! From that point, add in some other seasonings based on a regional/cultural inspiration to give it an ethnic flair!
