To the current members who are in a tier, we also cannot refund as there are not enough funds in the account however, we will be posting until the remainder of this month as promised to fulfill our obligations. You have joined Patreon tier that does not exist, which means that it is an unpublished tier or a custom amount that you entered when you joined and due to the fact that you are in an unpublished tier, you are unable to see content currently.
We are in the unfortunate position where there was an automated with drawl of our Patreon account at midnight this morning (this occurs on the 5th of every month) Patreon had said that they were going to allow anyone that was already billed after April 1st access to our page as long as we removed what they asked (which we did, minus the new videos we were notified in an email I saw this morning)
We were going to use the funds that were in the account to refund, those who did not have access or had pledged $20+ but were not in a tier.
I went to the computer this morning to refund 12 accounts (those who had paid $20+ after March 29, and cannot access our content.) When I went to refund, I was notified that there was not enough funds in our Patreon to refund due to the automatic withdrawl.
The majority of you had paid $5 or entered a custom amount less than that, and unfortunately, we cannot refund as those tiers were unpublished at the time, however, you will not be forgotten and we will also find a way to make things right.
Once all of this mess is sorted, in April we will reach out to the 12 members who paid $20+ and will work something out with you.
We want you to all know that Patreon has made it impossible to continue posting on Patreon and has essentially kicked off all creators under 18 not allowing them to post any modeling photos which includes FULLY CLOTHED photos of any kind including long sleeve shirts and pants.

Again, we are so very sorry that we were all caught in this unexpected turn of events. It is not right and reflects negatively on Kylin and myself and we do not agree with the practices and the way that Patreon is handling this.
