Adopts Idea: Spider Cats! (Sketch)

A very messy, quick, general sketch of Adopts I'd try to create with lore, various designs and styles, if there was interest in them! 

(This guy will have browns and not really a specific breed of cat/ spider.)  

The whiskers are spider legs and the "fangs" are really more like mandibles and can move outward, and if long enough, grab ahold of prey like a pitbulls! They also have their tail replaced with a spider abdomen... making them almost like reverse centaurs! X,D It contains webbing functions alongside a small an extra heart. They are typically "husky" but can be found in many shapes and sizes!

They can spin webs but they don't do traditional wall webs garden spiders would do, but rather messier, thicker, hammock-like webs they spin inbetween trees. It's still sticky but the function of the web inself is more to act like material to create more platforms rather than to get birds stuck. 

Any prey they kill will get dragged into trees like jaguars but will be spun and saved for later until the prey dies from starvation. Since they lack actual feline fangs(large cats will use fangs to puncture prey throats for quicker kills), they use highly acidic saliva to melt fur, meat, horns, or anything other than bones, to melt and consume the prey. The Spider Cat still has a feline tongue and uses it to clean bones and clean themselves. 

The spider leg whickers do move and help aid in weaving the webs. The paws act like the spider legs ends and don't get glued to the webs. The web-like platforms can support this big cat and withstand their claws.

Sorry to be writing so much, I've actually had this idea for awhile but haven't really drawn/ used it for anything! Spider cats IS NOT an official name. It's temorary for now until I think of something cool. ;w;
