Queen Koko's Workout

Queen Koko has no off season when it comes to working on her body as she hits the gym FitDom, she does some cardio. She heard from a friend how fun this aerobics class is using the sub as a step, she just hopes he can take her 5’9 150lbs body frame as she gets ready to step on him. If he can’t handle it oh well, it’s not going to stop her from her workout. Koko loves the routine steps when you step on the sides of the step which means stepping on his groin each step. The most painful part is when she had one her legs high up in the air while the other leg is down right onto his groin. It’s a ballbusting workout but your know the saying, no pain no gain.
