Here is someone who had a killering breakthrough part degrading himself with contest tricks. If I see another 270 lip or cab back lip or noseblunt I'm going to lose it. This idea is in your wheelhouse, do it.

For instance, the bs bigspin, nosegrind, fakie fs heel, and sw bs flip were all one day. The guy is just so good that he basically films a part in a week's worth of days when he's feeling 'on'.
