Joa, I think the backlash / “coming for your neck” about the upcoming video stems from continued delayed false promises of dropping it (myself included). Sorry you’re having issues with anxiety and I understand how annoying the comments must be, but I think moving forward if you say you’re working on something leave the release date ambiguous unless you can accurately predict when you’ll finish. Comes from a good place though - I, as am sure is the case with most of your viewers, really look forward to your videos but being teased is difficult.

The “hip hook” is pricey but pretty awesome, about $200 and it targets the psoas & iliacus. I bought one, it feels ridiculously good when you use it. It feels like the craziest release of tension through your whole body and you just lay on your stomach and completely relax onto this fucked up hook with a lever that can drive the hook even further in when you press it.
