The next upcoming tutorial for the channel is going to be a Simon Says type of mini-game, where you have four colored buttons that are going to light up in a specific pattern. Your goal, as the player, is to repeat the pattern as shown by pressing on the buttons in the correct order.
It will have three different difficulty levels which decides how long the pattern will be. This can be adjusted in the code of course so you can make the patterns as long or short as you like. The patterns are also randomly generated within the specified pattern length.
I have started working on the first part for this tutorial series, however, I'm waiting for some new recording equipment as my other microphone essentially broke. Have done some research and believe the one I've chosen is going to be good for a reasonable price! Also got a mic screen which will help with some of the environmental noise around me.
I think it will arrive sometime next week, according to the estimated delivery time, if nothing goes wrong and it doesn't get delayed in shipping.
I also just want to say a quick thank you to all the new patreons that have joined lately! Don't forget to download the scripts available for those of you in the Supporter tier or higher!
You can find a convenient list of all the scripts available on my blog. The list links to the Patreon post directly where the relevant script can be downloaded, so you don't have to dig through the patreon posts to find them. They include tutorial-based scripts as well as non-tutorial ones and other pertinent information. So check it out!
Hope you all will be interested in this series! 😁 See you then.
