Weight Lifting Workout by Melissa

Its bulk season for Mistress Melissa as she puts on some weight, Melissa is ready to lift heavy to gain some muscle. Heading to her gym FitDom, Melissa sees an open bench and brings the weight she is going to work on. Melissa starts her workout with some military press as she sits on the sub’s chest. Her weight of 158lbs and the added 30lbs makes it 188lbs pressing down onto him onto the bench. After doing her sets she prepares to do some curls as she stands on his chest. Melissa making sure her footing is good, she steps on the sub’s chest harder and press down to keep her footing in tact as she curls the weight. After doing 2 sets she begins other workout using the kettle bell of 20lbs, Melissa feels the burn in her arms but if only she knows the burn that the sub is feeling having to deal with her weight plus the kettle bell. The bear rug is going to be very sore after this workout. Melissa’s final workout is doing some curls with the kettle bell as she sits down on the bench. As Melissa sits, she places her converse lugs sneakers onto his neck as she curls the weight. The bear rug doesn’t know what is worse the feeling of her foot on his neck and groin or the weight that she is curling hitting his ribs as she lowers it after each rep. What the bear rug doesn’t know is this is just a pre workout for her as she is going to get the heavier weight and see how long he will last under her now.
