The one named "CWB Everyday Laundry Under Counter Pet Bed" requires tuning which you can download from https://modthesims.info/d/611647/ts3-gt-ts4-the-twinbrook-tandem-pet-house.html For this one, the pets will face only the front and they won't go through the sides of the counter.
