Warmup Sketch - Crecia

Hi, guys! So, since Summer's over, I can finally crawl out of the burrow long enough to share stuff.

Icebrood Saga was honestly an absolute blast, and I was surprised to find out how much the characters gripped me this time around (and it was, by far, not because most of them were charr). And while Efram is my personal favorite (with Brightblaze and Prisca, of course), writing-wise there was none other more interesting than Crecia Stoneglow.

Her backstory is excellent, her writing is usually spot on and her voice actress, Cherise Booth...? Man, there were scenes that still give me the chills and I can't wait to replay them again with full context during the Return campaign.

I also hope to make a comic about her and Ryland at some point, but that's going to be, at best, around End of Dragons release, depending on how well my stitches heal.

Anyways, this is a simple sketch, so no need to write a novel around it; I'm overjoyed to be back at the more "public" side of my work and I hope to bring you all some goodies soon for your patience.

That said, even though I spent most of my Summer days under a rock, dispensing dubious doodles over on Discord, I've actually done quite a lot in the comic department. SF made another huge step towards book 1 being a thing, there's a charr comic coming in time for Halloween/Shadow of the Mad King festival that's receiving its final touches right now, Orphaned Legion will hopefully be done in time for its proper Icebrood Saga episode release, and I worked on fixing my head enough to... well... start working as a normal human being, socialize and maybe stream soon.

(And there's one pet hobby of mine that is going to make some physical goodies next year, but more on that sometime soon.)
