June '24 Update: Delays, Apologies, and YuuriVoice HQ
Added 2024-07-01 01:53:04 +0000 UTCAs it turns out, thinking that you can work, take care of yourself, get sick AND turn a completely empty office space into a functional studio for working and recording is a bit ambitious!
Let me start by apologizing for being behind on Patreon audios, which was not part of the plan but as we've reached the end of the month I've realized my ass is completely kicked and whatever I try to force out of me out of procrastinated obligation would be absolute crap. I will be doubling up on Patreon audios next month to make up for it and I'll put my whole YuuriVoiceussy into them.
There are several reasons for the delay, which I cover in greater detail in the audio, but the big one is...
I've acquired an office space! A studio specifically for writing, recording, and streaming. Away from home (well, 5 minutes is a lovely little commute) and in a space dedicated to getting shit done. I've struggled for a long time with the work from home routine, and while we've obviously built some really cool stuff in that time, I was very motivated to see if I could secure a space to get me working outside of the home.
And I did!
So the past one and half-ish weeks have been filled with moving furniture, building furniture, putting up sound treatment and shelves, and much much more. I'm basically a regular at a few of the home goods stores around here at this point. I'll share proper before and afters once it's truly done, but I wanted to show you all what 75% completion looks like!
Thank you again for your patience and understanding. I'm gonna the second half of 2024 well worth the wait!

The office looks great! Also please don't push yourself to much. I know I'm personally just happy to get audios at all. So take care of yourself first and make audios second!
