I'll say that this is a turning point but the show has multiple tone changes. It's a slow start. You only just started the prequel. lol

Each episode is better than the previous one this season and season 2 is just peak writing, not peak fight scene or whatever just peak caracter development and storytelling. One of the best show of all time and if it wasn't an anime Vinland Saga would have won some prices. Please keep going and don't stop, I hope you will love this show !
