I'm not sure if i'm the first person to say it or not, but just to avoid an ongoing thing, Grover is 24, yes, but satyrs age/mature slower than humans in this universe. So yes, he's twice as old as Percy, but he's about at his maturity level. He just knows more things than a normal 12 year old would. I sorta see it like his wisdom is about at a 12 year old's, but his intelligence might be at a 24 year old's.

2023-12-23 08:14:29 +0000 UTCI have not read the books or seen the movies. I think the adults are written this way because it is a Show for young adults. Adults being less than trustworthy is a trope in so much young adult media and is done poorly here.
