I think the issue with some shows now days, specifically streaming shows. Is they seem to be made knowing that they are going to release the first however many episodes together causing there to be a lack of urgency or something. I understand the argument that the first three episodes should be thought of as the opening, but its hard to escape the feelings that this first episode was very slow.
